Hall of Fame
• Four-year letter winner in basketball and softball
• Point guard on teams that won 52 games in three years
• Pitcher and center fielder on softball team that won the Iowa state college and university championship - 1978
• Compiled a pitching record of 29-12 that included six shutouts
• At graduation her name stood atop the team leader list 21 times
• Set the school record with four home runs that included a three-run homer in the bottom of the 7th to send the game into extra innings that Luther won in 13 frames 7-6
• Named to State of Iowa Softball Hall of Fame - 1988
• She has taught and coached at Cherokee and Mount Pleasant, Iowa
