This form is for parent only and provides permission for their child to travel in a private vehicle to or from Luther College sponsored events.

Travel release is for a student-athlete driving a private vehicle or riding in a private vehicle while on a Luther College sponsored or supervised trip. This form must be on file prior to the date of the trip. Parental consent is required prior to the student athlete traveling in a private vehicle.
