Hall of Fame
• Played guard and center on the basketball team and was noted for his strong defensive work and team play
• During his five years as a member of the baseball team, one of them while he was still in the Preparatory Department (high school), he pitched almost all the games
• Pitched Luther’s first recorded no-hit game in a 3-0 victory over Upper Iowa - 1905
• After graduation he devoted his life to the field of business, first as a bank executive in North Dakota and later in Minneapolis where he was Vice President of the Federal Credit Bank
