The Luther College women's swimming and diving team wrapped up its dual meet and regular season schedule with a dominating performance over Loras College this afternoon. The Norse defeated the Duhawks in Dubuque by a final of 179-40. The Norse won every event including finishing one-two-three in three events, posting the top-four finishes in the 100 backstroke and the top-five finishes in the 100 breaststroke.
The Norse swept the relays touching the wall first in both the 200 medley relay (1:54.76) and 200 freestyle relay (1:46.20).
Annemarie Johnson,
Annabelle Pollock, and
Mia Prater all won two events. Johnson touched the wall first in the 500 freestyle (5:35.90) and the 100 breaststroke (1:12.69). Pollock won the 200 freestyle (2:04.10) and 100 butterfly (1:03.82). Prater won the 50 freestyle (:24.81) and the 100 backstroke (1:03.20).

Luther will return to action when it hosts the 2026 American Rivers Conference Swimming and Diving Championships Wednesday, Feb. 18 through Saturday, Feb. 21. This will be the final time that Luther will be competing for an A-R-C title as Luther Athletics will be joining the Midwest Conference as a full member next year.
Since the A-R-C officially recognized swimming and diving as an official championship sport in 2023, the women have won the conference championships all three years (2023, 2024, 2025). The top-three individuals in each event will earn all-conference honors.
