PELLA, Iowa - The Luther men's track and field is finished seventh at the 2026 American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) Outdoor Track and Field Championship hosted by Central College. This was the final A-R-C championship as Luther will transition to the Midwest Conference for the 2026-27 season.
On Friday,
Owen Ford finished second in the high jump earning all-conference honors. Ford is the first all-conference honoree in the high jump since Zach Tucker in 2006. His mark of 6-8 ranks fifth all-time. The 4x800 relay team of
Jalen Taha,
Evan Hansen,
Philip Dahlen and
Logan Thompson finished third to reach the podium with a time of 7:44.76 earning all-conference honors. Taha and Thompson were part of that all-conference third place finish a season ago.
