Notes from Coach
At the three-week mark in the Luther Swim and Dive season, the Norse competed exceptionally well across all events. Coach
Aaron Zander shared that we don't usually see some of these times at this point in the year and is very pleased with the results. There were five different races decided by a tenth of a second. The next few weeks of training will see us building our training base and giving us more time to work on the smaller details.
The next event will be at Carleton College on Saturday, Oct. 31. The meet will begin at 1 p.m. in Northfield, Minn. at Thorpe Pool.
