DECORAH, Iowa - The Luther women's cross country team finished fourth at the Saga Cup.
Mari Paulsen was the first to cross the finish line for the Norse with a time of 25:01.0 in the 6k event.
Wartburg won the Saga Cup with a score of 21, followed by the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire 34, Grinnell in third with 103 and Luther in fouth with a team score of 112.
Behind Paulsen was
Lindsey Moseley (21st - 20 pts - 25:22.2),
Norah McDonald (23rd - 22 pts - 25:27.1),
Annika Veit (28th - 26 pts - 25:32.3) and
Makaylee Jensen (32nd - 28 pts - 25:40.2) to round out the scoring five.
Also among the top-seven were
Penelope Hansen (33rd - 25:40.5) and
Mia Lung (34th - 25:41.7).
