NEENAH, Wisconsin - The Luther Men's Cross-Country team has been ranked third in the Midwest Conference Fall Preseason Coaches' Poll for the upcoming 2026 season. This ranking places Luther College in a competitive position within the conference, behind Lawrence University, which secured the top spot with eight first-place votes, and Grinnell College, which is ranked second. 

The Norse are led by Steve Pasche who will be entering his 22nd year as head coach.  

Luther Men's Cross-Country will be hosting 4 home events this year and are set to start their season at the Ole 5k Opener on Friday, Sept. 4th, at 6:00 PM in Northfield, Minnesota. This event will mark the team's first opportunity to demonstrate their standing as one of the top teams in the conference.
