No. 12 Luther traveled to Pella, Iowa to face No. 9 Central College this evening. The Dutch won seven of 10 bouts en route to a 34-15 victory. 

Luther picked up wins from its three nationally ranked wrestlers. No. 10 Connor Kidd (133) won by decision (1-0) improving his season record to 24-3. No. 1 Clayton McDonough (165) and No. 7 Bryce McDonough (174) both moved up a weight to 174 and 184 respectively and posted falls. Clayton remains unbeaten and is now 36 with 28 falls. Bryce improved to 23-6 with seven falls.

The Norse will return to action on Sunday, Feb. 8 when they will compete at the University of Dubuque Brown-Terrell Invitational. Start time is scheduled for Noon.
