No. 10 Luther College traveled to No. 5 UW-La Crosse for its first dual meet of the season. The Norse were defeated by the Eagles by a final of 25-18. The Norse jumped out to an 18-7 leads after six matches, but were outscored 18-0 in the final four matches of the evening.
Patrick Gugala-Reinders (125) started the evening winning by forfeit. No. 7
Connor Kidd (133) added three more points with an (8-2) decision over No. 13 Wyatt Magolski.
Peter Hollingshead (157) gave the Norse a 15-7 advantage thanks to a fall (2:58) over Kolt Knaack. No. 1 Clayton McDonouth (165) completed the Norse scoring defeating No. 4 Tanner Gerber (5-4).
