CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Long snapper Ben Lorence and defensive back Tyler Ragan were named to 2025 American Rivers Conference honorable mention all-conference.
 
"Ben has been one of the most reliable specialists in the conference," head football coach Joe Troche said. "Perfect operation, week after week. His consistency in the most pressure-packed situations gives our entire unit confidence. Long snappers only get noticed when something goes wrong—Ben gets noticed because he does everything right."
 
Ragan recorded 92 total tackles during conference play including 47 solo tackles. "A three-year force in the A-R-C. Tyler has finished top-3 in tackles for three straight seasons," said Troche. "He's not just the heartbeat of our defense—he's one of the true leaders of our entire program. When Tyler is on the field, everyone around him plays with more confidence. His consistency, toughness, and presence set the standard for what it means to be a Norse."
