MANHEIM, Pa. – The National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) announced the first poll of the 2025-26 season. The Luther men's wrestling comes in ranked tied for 15^th in the top-25 tournament poll. 

Three individual wrestlers were ranked by the NWCA including returning all-Americans Connor Kidd (133 – 4^th) and Clayton McDonough (165 – 5^th). Bryce McDonough is also in the rankings (174 – 14^th). 

The Norse begin the 2025-26 season at the Pointer Open hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point on Saturday, Nov. 1. The meet begins at 9 a.m. in Stevens Point, Wis.

Other American Rivers Conference teams in the poll were Wartburg, Loras, and Coe.
