ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - The Luther men's cross country team finished 15th overall out of 31 teams at the
NCAA Division III Midwest Region Championship at Saukie Golf Course. Leading the way for the Norse was
Michel Heinrich in 66th with a time of 26:21.5 in the 8k event.
Following Heinrich was
Christian Montover (68th - 67 pts - 26:24.0),
Jack Bode (86th - 85 pts - 26:43.7),
Jacob Bruns (94th - 26:49.0) and
Benjamin Gillikin (111th - 110 pts - 27:09.9) rounded out the scoring five.
Also part of the top-seven was
Kurt Lebakken (123rd - 27:19.7) and
Reid Binsfeld (136th - 27:30.4).
Lebakken set a new personal best.
