Luther and Wartburg squared off in the valley attempting to get an A-R-C double header completed, but were only able to complete game one. Game two was called due to darkness with the Knights leading 3-1 after six complete.
In game one, the two teams combined for 26 hits and 25 runs with the Knights coming from behind to secure a 14-11 victory that took three hours and 15 minutes to complete.
The Norse held a 11-9 lead as the Knights enter what appeared to be their last at-bats in the top of the ninth. Wartburg produced five runs on four hits combined with a Norse error to secure the win.

The loss drops Luther conference record to 2-2, 9-7 overall. Wartburg improved to 2-2, 12-9 overall.
