Game two turned into a pitching dual but one swing of the bat made the difference as Loras defeated Luther 1-0. The Norse were held to three hits, while the Duhawks managed five. The Duhawks Daniel Rodgers hit a solo shot to right field in the sixth that proved to be the game winner.

Carter Bratland was credited with the loss allowing one run on two hits, he walked two and struck out seven.
Nick Dufoe started on the mound and went five full innings and allowed three hits, walked three and struck out six.
The loss gives Luther an A-R-C record of 22-6, 26-10 overall. Loras improved to 15-12 in the A-R-C, 21-13 overall.
Luther will wrap up the A-R-C regular season schedule at home next weekend, Friday and Saturday May 15-16. The Norse will host league leaders Coe College for a four-game series. The Kohawks will enter the weekend on a seven-game win streak and a league record of 25-3. In the NCAA III Central Region Rankings released May 6, Coe is ranked No. 5 and Luther is ranked No. 8.
First pitch for both Friday and Saturday will take place at 1:00 p.m.
