Luther tallied 11 hits that led to 10 runs and the Norse won today's second game by a final of 10-4. The win secured a 3-1 advantage over Simpson in this four-game home stand.
Joe McKibben led the Norse attack going 2-for-2, both doubles, and driving in three runs.
Kyle Schnobrich (3-for-5) and
Matt Karnes (3-for-4) drove in two runs and one run respectively.

Owen Vander Linden and
Cullen Stamp (2-for-5) were all credited with one rbi.
Nick DuFoe (4-1) earned the victory allowing four runs on five hits in seven innings of work. He walked two and struck out three.
The win gives Luther an A-R-C record of 20-4, 24-8 overall. The Norse are one game behind league leaders No. 20 Coe College (21-3, 25-4) who was idle this weekend.
Luther will begin its final regular season four-game road series at Loras College Thursday May 6. The two teams will complete the series Saturday, May 8. Thursday's double header begins at 3:30 p.m., while Saturday's games will begin at 1:00 p.m.
