Bats Quiet in Game Two As Cardinals Win 4-2

St. Mary's University secured a sweep of today's double header in Winona, defeating Luther 4-2. The Cardinals scored a run in the first and fourth frames and two in the second. Luther scored a run in both the first and third.

Three Cardinals pitchers limited the Norse bats to two hits, one by Luke Plunkett and the other by Kelby Johnson.

The loss gives Luther an overall record of 2-3. St. Mary's improved to 3-0.
