Two-year letter winner…played in 10 of 11 games last season…2021 American Rivers Conference Winter Sports All-Academic Team honoree (3.5 gpa or higher)…following the 2019 campaign she was named the team's Most Improved Player last season…while at Lakeville South High School she was a three-year letter winner in basketball and twice as a member of the softball team…named academic all-state in basketball…member of Cougars Minnesota 4A State Softball Tournament championship team…four-times she was named South Suburban Conference academic all-conference…member of the National Honor Society…daughter of Craig and Mary Kay Uphoff.
