2023 Men's Cross Country Roster
Biography
2023: Koller earned All-Conference and All-Region honors for the first time in his career. He finished 15th at the conference championship, 30th at the Midwest Regional setting a new best time in the 8k. He earned an at-large bid to the NCAA championship where he finished 142nd overall. Academically, he is a three-time A-R-C Fall Sport All-Academic Team honoree. He also received CSC Academic All-District honors and was named to the CSC Academic All-America Third team. Koller is also a Chi Alpha Sigma honor society inductee.Â
2022: At the A-R-C Championship he ran a college best time in the 8k event finishing 18th. At the Midwest Region Championship he finished 40th.Â
2021: He set two college best times in the 5k and 4-mile during the season. And finished 93rd at the A-R-C Championship.Â
2020: Ran in the top seven for the Norse in every race and finished 24th at the A-R-C Championships.Â
Other Sports: Also a member of the Luther track and field team.Â
High School: While at Worthington High School he earned six letters in both cross country and track. He earned Big South Conference all-conference honors three times including capturing the individual title his senior year. He qualified three times for the Minnesota 2A State Cross Country Championships. Four times he was named the Trojans team MVP. In track during his senior year he won the 3200 conference title. He was also a member of the 4x800 relay that qualified for the state meet. He was also a member of National Honor Society.Â
