He joins Norse after playing at Treasure Valley Community College (OR) and Presentation College (S.D.)…while at Liberty Bell High School, Winthrop, Wash., he played on four Lions teams that qualified for the state tournament…he was named North Star Athletic Conference all-conference and led the team in batting average…he also threw a no-hitter vs. Bridgeport High School…son of Dave and Mary Thomsen.
