DECORAH, Iowa – Luther College Athletic Director
Megan Wilson announced Quinton Bohlen as the next men's and women's bowling head coach. Bohlen becomes the second head coach in program history.
He is currently the manager at King Pin Entertainment Center, where he volunteers his time to help students and others with techniques to improve their game. In April of 2025, he helped manage and host the second biggest youth tournament in the country in Decorah.
Bohlen attended Vincennes University (Ind.) where he was part of back-to-back NJCAA national championship teams. He continued to bowl professionally where at one point he ranked among the top 64 bowlers in the country and in 2012 he won the Iowa State USBC Bowling Tournament.
"We are excited to welcome Quinton as the next leader of our bowling program," Wilson said. "His background, expertise, and passion for developing student-athletes stood out to me. We know our Luther bowling student-athletes are in great hands, and we're excited for the future of the program under his leadership."
