CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – For the second time this season Brody Von Berge was named the American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) baseball pitcher of the week after his performance in game two of the three-game series sweep against Buena Vista University on Saturday, Apr. 4. Luther defeated Buena Vista 11-2, 4-2, and 11-1 (8 inn.).
 
Von Berge pitched seven complete innings allowing four hits, one walk and struck down nine in 25 batters faced. He did not give up a run in the 4-2 victory for the Norse. This season, Von Berge is 4-3 overall in 36.2 innings pitched and leads the team in strikeouts with 48.
