The Luther College women's tennis team, ranked No. 67 by the ITA in the NCAA III, was defeated by No. 33 UW-La Crosse at the Hetzel Fieldhouse this afternoon. This match was moved indoors due to heavy rains. The loss gives Luther an overall record of 12-8, while the Eagles improved to 18-2. 

The Eagles swept doubles by scores of 6-1, 6-2, 6-4, and went on to win all six singles matches in straight sets.
