CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — The Luther women's basketball team fell to Coe 78-49. The Kohawks earned the win by shooting 52.8 percent from the floor which included 50 percent from the beyond the arc.
Natalie Beaver notched her third straight double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds.
The Kohawks outscored the Norse in three of the four quarters scoring 20 points or more. Coe's leading scorer was Caydee Kirkham with 25 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists.
Luther drops to 6-7 overall and 2-2 in the American Rivers Conference. Coe is now 11-3 and undefeated at 5-0 in conference play.
The next game for the Norse is on Saturday, Jan. 10 at 2 p.m. when Central comes to Decorah, Iowa.
