The men's tennis team kicked off its spring schedule with a 6-1 victory over Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE). This match was played at the Westwood Tennis Center, Sterling, Ill.  The Norse swept doubles and won five of six matches en route to their first dual meet victory of the year. 

In doubles, Joao Benvenuttie and Abhay Chhabra won at No. 1 (6-2). Gergor Gottein and Jake Nelson won at No. 2 (7-5), and Rhys Biro-Moore and Geoffrey Stoughton won at No. 3 (6-1).

In singles, Benvenutti at No. 1, Juan Herrera at No. 2, Chhabra at No. 3, Gerardo Mainou at No. 4 and Nelson at No. 6 all won in straight sets.

The Norse will return to action Feb 6 and 7 when they will travel to Geneva, Wis., to face UW-Whitewater, Grinnell College and Wheaton College.
