Tyler Ragan, a 2023 graduate of Coconino High School, Flagstaff, Ariz., completed the 2025 NCAA Division III football season ranked sixth in the nation for total tackles. Ragan, who started all 10 games for the Norse at defensive back, tallied a single season career high 121 tackles. His 12.1 tackles per game ranked seventh.  

Ragan was also ranked sixth for solo tackles with 65 and eighth for solo tackles per game with an average of 6.5.

After three years in a Norse uniform, Ragan has recorded 324 tackles that ranks third on Luther's all-time list. Kyle McGivney (2007-10), a 2010 All-American linebacker and Luther Hall of Fame inductee, sits atop the list with 546. All-conference linebacker Trent Kerrigan (2009-12) ranks second with 347.
