DULUTH, Minn. - Rose Anderson scored the game winning goal in the 76th minute as the Luther women's soccer team defeated St. Scholastica 1-0. The Norse are now 2-0 overall while the Saints fell to 0-1-1.
The goal would come off the corner kick in the 76th minute as
Ava Stemler sent the ball towards the net.
Rose Anderson was able to get to it first scoring her first career goal.
Elisabeth Queoff made seven saves in goal for the clean sheet. Â
The Saints had 18 shots compared to 15 by the Norse. Both teams had seven shots on goal.Â
