Wilson Attends NCAA Impact Forum And Appointed To the NCAA Division III Financial Aid Committee

DECORAH, Iowa – Luther College Athletic Director Megan Wilson attended the NCAA Impact Form Nov. 9-12 in Indianapolis, Ind. She was also appointed to the NCAA Division III Financial Aid Committee with her term beginning in Jan. of 2026.
 
The NCAA Impact Forum brings together leaders within higher education and intercollegiate athletics for professional development experience. This year's theme at the Impact Forum was about embracing humanity and building community.
 
She also attended the Fall Summit which was a two-day professional development experience designed for administrators across athletics focused on leadership, well-being, dialogue and relationship building.
 
"Taking part in the NCAA Fall Summit and the Impact Forum was an opportunity to learn, reflect and connect with leaders across all Division I, II and III," Wilson said. "It made me reflect on how I can keep growing and how I can serve as a strong leader for Luther athletics and our campus community."
 
She was also appointed to the NCAA Division III Financial Aid Committee with her team beginning on Jan. 18, 2026 through Jan. 19, 2030. The committee oversees the financial aid reporting process, tracks student financial aid issues that may impact the division, reviews proposed financial aid legislation and provides education resources for the membership.
 
"I'm honored to serve on the NCAA Division III Financial Aid Committee. It's an important role for our division. I'm looking forward to working with colleagues across the country to support our student-athletes and serve the membership."
