Men's Basketball Falls To Buena Vista

DECORAH, Iowa - The Luther men's basketball team was defeated by Buena Vista 66-51 in the first game of the new year. The Norse held a 31-29 lead at halftime but were outscored 37-20 in the second half. The game featured six lead changes and five times the score was tied. Luther falls to 1-11 overall and 0-4 in the American Rivers Conference while Buena Vista improves to 8-4 overall and 3-0 conference play. 

Will Bockenstedt led all scorers with 11 points and seven rebounds. Mikkel Schutte and Yigit Yarisci scored eight points each.
