Norse Beat Prairie Wolves 3-1

LINCOLN, Neb. - The Luther men's soccer team opened American Rivers Conference action on the road with a 3-1 victory over Nebraska Wesleyan. Javier Pastor Valls scored a two goals and Nico Cedeno also found the back of the net. The Norse are now 3-3-4 overall and 1-0 in the A-R-C. 

Scoring early for the Norse was Pastor Valls in the 8th minute. Following him twelve minutes later was Cedeno as Luther held a 2-0 lead into halftime.

Late in the second half, the Prairie Wolves cut the lead to one after a penalty kick goal in the 81st. Pastor Valls scored his second of the game to bring the lead back to two goals in the 83rd minute.
