NORTHFIELD, Minn. - The Luther volleyball team was swept by St. Olaf (23-25, 23-25, 13-25) on Friday. With the loss Luther drops to 5-18 overall.
Sarina Stortz led the team with 12 kills followed by
Annika Franzen with nine.
Lindsay Hanson set a season high with three aces in the match. The Norse had nine service aces compared to four by the Oles.
Emma Kowalczyk had 26 assists.
Defensively, two players recorded double-digit digs including
Kyah Olson-Sola with 13 and
Karoline Tiu tallying 11.
St. Olaf improved to 14-6 overall.

The Norse will play a triangular at Gustavus Adolphus on Saturday, Oct. 19 in St. Peter, Minn. Their first match will be against the University of Wisconsin-River Falls at 3 p.m. followed by the host Gusties at 5 p.m.
