DECORAH, Iowa - The Luther men's basketball team was defeated by Dubuque 63-43 on Wednesday in an American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) game.
Daniel Webster recorded a season high 19 points leading the Norse. Luther is now 3-3 overall and 0-2 in the A-R-C.
On the opening drive for the Norse,
Ben Gill dished it to Webster who knocked down a three for the first points of the game. With 11:12 remaining in the first half, a layup by
Aidan Bailey put the Norse down by one at 12-13. Then tied up at 17, the Spartans would close the half with a 9-4 run taking a 26-21 lead at halftime.
At 14:09 in the second half
Randall Days converted on the layup as the Norse were once again down by one at 31-32. However, the Spartans began pulling away to take control of the game as they defeated the Norse 63-43.

- Webster chipped in 19 points for a season high along with two steals and three rebounds.
- Aidan Bailey had 7 points and 6 rebounds.
