Luther, the American Rivers Conference regular season champions and No. 1 seed for the six-team AQ tournament, defeated No. 4 seed Central College 5-0 this afternoon in the valley. The win gives the Norse an overall record of 16-9.
The Norse will now face No. 2 Coe College in the championship match tomorrow that is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. The Kohawks defeated no. 3 Wartburg College 5-0 in the other semifinal match.
This will be the 17th consecutive years these two teams will face each other in the AQ championship match. The winner will earn the league's automatic berth to the NCAA III National Tournament.

Luke Westholder put the first team point on the board with an 8-2 win. The No. 3 duo of

Joaquim Fernandes won convincingly, 8-4. The Norse No. 1 doubles team,
Nyathi Motlojoa/
Max Loen, capped off the sweep with an 8-3 win.
Eli Young brought the Norse to within one of match point by winning at No. 6 singles 6-0, 6-0. Loen's No. 2 singles win by scores of 6-0, 6-1 sent the Norse to the championship match.
