The men's tennis team traveled to Waverly, Iowa for an American Rivers Conference match against Wartburg College. The Norse won the match 9-0.
Luther jumped out to a 3-0 advantage after sweeping doubles.

Luke Westholder won at No. 1 (8-3). Jaoquim Ferenandes and
Nando Melo won at No. 2 (8-1).
Ricky Portilla and Nate Whithers won at No. 3 (8-4).
Five of the six singles match victories were completed in straight sets. At No. 1 Loen defeated Lucas Huffman (6-3,6-3). Westholder defeated Cade Davis at No. 2 (6-0, 6-0). Fernandes posted a (6-1, 6-1) win over Jackson Eells at No. 3.
Dylan Wiemers defeated Griffin Steiniger at No. 4 (6-2, 6-1). Melo battled AJ Wilkins in a three-set tie breaker and secured the win (6-7(4-7), 7-5, 10-3). Portilla defeated Kyle Sehlin (6-1, 6-1).

Luther sits atop the A-R-C standings with a record of 6-0, two wins away from capturing back-to-back league titles. The Norse will host both Buena Vista University (Noon) and Nebraska Wesleyan University (3:30 p.m.) on Sunday, May 1. If the Norse win the conference title, they will earn the right to host the league's AQ Qualifier Tournament semifinals and finals on Friday and Saturday, May 6-7.
