The first of two matches today at the USTA National Campus for Luther was against Hobart College (NY). The Statesman defeated the Norse 7-2 thanks to two victories in doubles and five in singles play.

Luther's No. 1 doubles team of Max Loen and Nyathi Motlojoa defeated Sean Pesin and Jett Wright (8-5).

Motolojoa also posted the lone victory in singles, defeating Winter Fagerberg in a three-set tiebreaker (2-6, 7-5, 10-1).
