The Luther wrestling team defeated Nebraska Wesleyan University 38-9 this afternoon at Coe College. The Norse won eight of 10 matches, four by fall and two by major decision.
Recording falls for the Norse included
Cristian Chavez (125),
Ben Houri (165), nationally ranked No. 12
Donovan Corn (197) and
Logan Kennedy (285). Ryna Cripe (141) and
Chase Kmosena (149) both posted major decisions.
The win was the first for the Norse in American Rivers Conference action giving them a mark of 1-3, 6-4 overall.
