Peri Arneson joined the Luther College athletic department as the Assistant Athletic Communications Director in August 2026. She enters her first year with the department in 2026-27.
At the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Arneson spent four years working in the athletic communications office as a Sports Information Student Assistant covering 16 varsity sports. Throughout her time with the Pioneers, she gained experience in nearly every aspect of athletic communications, including managing statistics, graphic design, social media, and game day operations. She also served as the social media manager for the wrestling program, creating digital content and helping showcase the success of Pioneer student-athletes.
In her previous role, she traveled with many teams to conference and national tournaments. She has covered multiple sports including men's basketball, football, men's and women's soccer, men's wrestling and track and field at NCAA postseason events as well as WIAC conference tournaments.
She graduated from the UW-Platteville with a bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends and family, movies and tv shows, and baking.
