The 2025-26 campaign will be Jeff's 30th year as an assistant coach. 

He was a three-time All-American while at UW-La Crosse, and crowned national champion (34-0) his senior year.  O'Gara posted a career record of 114-12 that included 58 falls. He was inducted into the Division III National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) Hall of Fame in 2017. He was named to Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) all-time wrestling team in 2012.
