Luther College

The 2026-27 season will be Rustad's second as head coach of the women's golf team. He is a 2025 graduate of Luther. 

Over his career for the Norse he was a four-year letterwinner competing in 87 career rounds with a career average of 75.5. He was a four-time all-conference honoree and was the 2023 conference MVP. Rustad was also recognized as an NCAA Division III PING First-Team All-Region golfer and achieved the distinction of being a three-time Golf Coaches Association of American (GCAA) All-America Scholar.
