Alison enters her fourth season as an assistant coach.
She is a 2014 Graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University (SMSU). In 2018 she received a Masters in Sports Administration at Concordia University (Texas).
She joined the Norse staff after spending three years as the assistant women's basketball coach at Buena Vista University (2019-21). She has also been a graduate assistant women's basketball coach at Concordia University of Texas (2016-18). She started her coaching career as an assistant coach at Iowa Central Community College (2015-16), and was also the head coach for the Austin Elite AAU program (2017-18).
During her playing career she played two years at Iowa Central Community College and then two years at SMSU. She also played on a semi-professional team, the Iowa Force, for one season.
