Two-time NCAA III All-American (2024, 2025) at 157…three-time National Championships qualifier…three-time American Rivers Conference all-conference performer…during his career he has compiled a record of 104-28 that includes 37 falls and 17 tech falls…he was named A-R-C Freshman of the Year (2023)…joined Norse from Central Springs High School where he was a four-time place finisher at the Iowa 1A State Tournament…he was also a Top of Iowa Conference league champion four times…he earned four letters in cross country and track…twice he earned all-conference in cross country and was a state meet qualifier…he was a two-time state qualifier as a member of the 4 x 800 relay in track…member of the Student Council…son of Jay and Nicole McDonough.
