2023 Women's Track and Field Roster
Biography
2023: She was fourth with the distance medley relay and the 4x800 relay at the indoor conference championship. Lewis earned all-conference honors with the 4x800 relay during the outdoor conference championship. She also set new bests in the 800, 1500 and 5000-meter run.
2022: In her third season with the track team she had her third best time in the 1500-meter run during the outdoor season.
2021: She was a member of the Distance Medley Relay team that captured first at indoor conference championship for her second indoor all-conference performer honors of her career. She also earned all-conference honors as a member of the 4x800 relay team that finished third and posted the sixth fastest time in school history (9:42.08). Lewis earned American Rivers Conference Spring Sports All-Academic Team honoree (3.5 GPA or higher).
2020: In the first meet of the indoor season she won first in the 1000-meter run. She also helped the 4x400 relay team to a first place finish. Lewis earned her first indoor all-conference performer as part of the Distance Medley Relay team that finished third.
Other Sports: Member of the Norse cross country team.
High School: At Blaine High School she earned Northwest Suburban Conference all-conference honors in cross country. She also lettered four times in both Nordic Skiing and track. And was also a state tournament qualifier in both sports and named academic all-state. She was a four-time State Triple A award winner and a member of the National Honor Society.
