2022-23: Martinez did not suffer a sophomore slump in her second season with the Norse, as she earned First Team All-Conference honors in singles for the second consecutive year after an impressive season. The sophomore won the A-R-C Individual Tennis Tournament for the second straight year, becoming the first back-to-back Luther Champion since the A-R-C's inception. Additionally, Martinez served as the Norse No. 1 singles player for the majority of the fall season, posting a 3-2 record against the top players in the conference. Martinez additionally posted a 3-0 A-R-C record as a member of Luther's No. 2 doubles team, earning First Team All-Conference honors in doubles for the first time in her career. 

2021-22: Martinez made quite the impression in her first season with Luther, earning First Team All-Conference honors after winning the conference's Individual Tournament during the fall season. 

Personal: Martinez is the daughter of Mauricio Martínez and Clauda Olvera.
