Second season with the Norse...all-conference 200 backstroke...A-R-C Winter All-Academic Team twice...while at Eden Prarie High School she was three-time letter winner in swimming and diving and also lettered in golf...in swimming her team advanced to sectionals...on the golf team as a senior she played on the Lake Conference Championship team...academic all-American...member of National Honor Society...daughter of Robert and Andrea Barbknecht.
