2023 Women's Cross Country Roster
Biography
2023: Was a captain in her final season and a three-time A-R-C All-Academic team honoree. She was named A-R-C Runner of the Week on Oct. 23 for the first time in her career. Hansen is also a Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society inductee.Â
2022: She had career bests in both the 5k and 6k during the season. Finished 53rd at the A-R-C Championship and at the Midwest Region Championship had her best 6k time of her career.Â
2021: Ran in seven events throughout the season.Â
2020: First season with the Norse and joined the track team at the end of the cross country season.Â
High School: At Hudson High School she was a four-year letter winner in both cross country and track. She waws a member of cross country teams that finished second at the Iowa 1A State Championship in 2016 and 2019. She finished third in 2018 and was crowned state champions in 2017. She was presented the IGHSAU Distinguished Academic Achievement Award in both sports. She also earned North Iowa Cedar League all-academic honors. She was National Honor Society President and class Valedictorian.Â
