2023: Parrott was a three year member of the team. She earned A-R-C All-Academic team honors twice in her career and a Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society inductee. 

High School: Earned all-academic honors while running for the City High cross country team…during her career the Little Hawks won a district championship and qualified for the Iowa State Cross Country championships…member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Brian and Debra Parrott.
