The 2025-26 campaign will be Yarrow's 20th year at Luther. The past seven years Yarrow has been the Director of Women's Cross Country and Director of Operations for Men's and Women's Track and Field. This fall she will begin her eighth year as head coach of the women's cross country after serving as associate head coach for 12 years. She is also the first recipient of Kent Finanger Endowed Chair.
Yarrow is a 2000 graduate of Macalester College (MN) earning a B.A. in International Studies. During her collegiate career she was a six-time All-American in cross country and track while a student-athlete at both Claremont-McKenna College (CA) and Macalester. She was inducted into the Macalester Athletics Hall of Fame in 2015.
Three-times she has been named women's conference Coach of the Year after the Norse won league titles in 2006, 2007 and 2010. She was also named Region Coach of the Year in 2007 and 2010. She has helped lead the Norse to seven appearances at the NCAA III National Championships placing 11th in 2006, 10th in 2007, 7th in 2008, 6th in 2010, 23rd in 2011, and 27th in 2013.
Yarrow joined the Luther staff following two years as an assistant at Williams College (Mass.), where the women's team won the national title in 2004.
She also has a Master's Degree from Viterbo University (Wis.) in Mental Health Counseling.
