Nicole joined the Norse staff after spending two years as a graduate assistant at the University of Illinois-Chicago from 2019-20.
Prior to transferring to the University of Iowa where she earned her degree in 2019, she spent her first two collegiate years at Luther and was a member of the Norse basketball teams that earned a trip to the NCAA III National Tournament (2015), and captured an Iowa Conference championship (2016).Â
While at Iowa, she served as head manager for the Hawkeye women's basketball team following two years as a student manager. As head manager, Mulford provided live game offensive tracking for the coaching staff, managed and scheduled the team's practice players and assisted with practice, shoot-around and statistics.
