First season with the Norse...while at Windsor High School where she was a four-time letter winner in softball and tennis...in softball she earned Northern Colorado Athletic Conference all-conference honorable mention honors twice...her team was the Mid-West National Champion in 2019 and made three appearances at the 4A state tournament...softball tournament MVP three times...on the tennis court she earned all-conference honors in 2022 along with her team winning the 4A-Regional Tennis Championship...in 2024 she was the team captain for softball and tennis...member of National Honor Society, Key Club including being the treasurer for two years, Interact Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, sports broadcasting and yearbook staff...worked over 130 hours of community service...daughter of Robin and Janna Sagel.
