The 2025 campaign will be Tracy's 31st year as Luther's pitching coach.
Tracy is a 1992 graduate of Iowa State University, where she pitched three seasons for the Cyclones earning All-Big Eight academic honors. She was named co-captain her senior year.
Her pitching staff has posted the fourth best ERA in the NCAA III in 2010 (1.08) and 2011(1.39,) 12th best in 2018 (1.74), 14th best in 2012 (1.62), and seventh best in 2015 (1.44) and 2017 (1.39). The Norse pitching staff has also led the conference with the best ERA six times - 2010 (1.11), 2011 (1.39), 2012 (1.62), 2015 (2.57), 2016 (1.67) and 2018 (1.16). In 2010, the Norse pitching staff set a single season school record for strikeouts with 406.
She has coached six All-Americans, four Conference Pitcher of the Year selections and 19 all-conference honoree
